How to View Application Records

1. Review the Application Report before downloading or sending the application files.

NOTE: These reports are different than the reports from Prescription Builder. The Application Reports will show the actual rates that are written into the application file.

2. Next to Application Report, click the green down arrow and select the desired report. Click PDF to download all three reports. The application reports for the loaded prescription will download to your computer.
