Ryan Rubischko is the Vice President of Crop Protection and Services at WinField United.  In this role, he sets the strategic direction for the business while focusing on making our retail-owners the hero at the farmgate through the delivery of innovative products, services and insights that support the profitability, productivity and sustainability of every acre that our system touches.

Prior to joining WinField United, Ryan worked for Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto where he held several leadership positions including US Soybean Business Lead, North America Dicamba Business Lead and Area Business Lead for Minnesota .   Ryan started his career in the healthcare industry where he spent over a decade in various account manager and sales leadership roles working with health care professionals in hospitals spanning the Midwest area.

Ryan grew up on a dairy farm in west central MN.  He graduated with a B.A. degrees in Chemistry and Biology from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN.   Ryan and his wife Stephanie have two children, Claire and Nora.
