Save/Load Tab
Save/Load Rx
The Save/Load Rx tab is used to manage and view all the fertilizer and seed prescriptions that have been written for a field. The tab is split into two halves; Fertilizer is on the left and Seed is on the right. Prescriptions are listed by Name, Date Modified, whether or not the prescription is Active, and whether or not the prescription is Published.
In this chapter you will learn:

The Features of the Save/Load RX Tab
–Active: Indicates which prescription will be used on the field.
NOTE: FieldReveal recommends keeping only one prescription Active at a time.
–Published: Indicates that an application file has been generated and the prescription is available inside of Application Manager for dispatching or exporting. Only prescriptions with a status of Published will be available in Application Manager. Prescriptions are Published by clicking the Create Application button.
There are five buttons below the table that are used to manage the prescriptions. Select a prescription by clicking on it before using the buttons. In the example above, Corn_Grain_159_2017_06_07 has been selected and is highlighted in dark blue.
–Load Rx: Loads the prescription that is selected in the table.
–Delete Rx: Deletes the selected prescription from the field.
–Save Rx: Saves the information currently inside Prescription Builder, giving it the name that is in the Prescription Name box. This is used to save a user’s progress while building a prescription before the Create Fertilizer/Seed Rx and Create Application File buttons have been clicked.
–Rename Rx: Renames the prescription selected in the table.
–Toggle Active State: Sets the selected prescription to either Active or In-Active.
–Merge Rx: Prescriptions can be merged. The most common example is, a single field will be split cropped for a year with different fertility plans for each crop; splitting the field in two is not desired since it is a short-term management plan.
